Mila Salazar is a wonderful tango dancer, teacher and DJ who has been a supporter of queer tango in SF since 2008 when she began teaching queer tango workshops and classes with our very own Amy Little.Since then, Mila has continued to expand her tango career as a teacher and performer throughout the Bay Area. She has performed with Tango Confusion, an all-female tango performance group, and with her own dance company, TangoFlor.
Mila currently teaches in SF where she has partnered with La Pista Dance Studio to create a tango school similar to those found in Argentina. We are over the moon to welcome Mila as our guest teacher at Duboce Park Café, Free Queer Tango in the Casto!
